Does the first appointment have to be at my residence?

No, it does not have to be. For those seriously planning on remodeling, visiting their home first is what we usually do. However, if you would like your first appointment to be at our showroom, that is more than okay too!

Do I have to have an appointment to visit the showroom?

Yes, walk-ins are always welcome! However, our staff may be working with another customer, so assistance might not come right away, but we will always be sure to greet you and help you when we can. Appointments are recommended to ensure a staff member will be there with you.

How do I make an appointment?

Give us a call or email an associate to schedule an appointment with us! You can also visit our store and make one at the counter. We are currently working on tying our appointment tracker to this new website so online-scheduled appointments are not available right now.
